Over the years, Bay has worked extensively with various governmental agencies to establish programs for the industry that coincide with Customs import requirements. In addition to the involvement with successful programs in the U.S., the Bay team was called upon by the Canadian government to design automotive importation procedures jointly between Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) and Ministry of Transport.
